Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern access to and use of the game MondialMt2 ("the game") and the website that presents it, published by MMT2 Tech ("the publisher"). By creating an account or playing, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the ToS in full.
1. International service & language
The game is accessible anywhere in the world. These rules apply to all players, whatever their country. The documents are written in French; where a translation exists, the French version prevails. The game is governed by French law, without depriving you of the mandatory protections applicable in your country of habitual residence.
2. Game account
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password and notify support without delay.
- It is forbidden to sell, buy, lend, share or trade an account.
- The publisher may limit the number of accounts per person, per device or per IP address, and refuse any clearly abusive account creation.
3. Minimum age & parental consent
The game is not recommended for children under 13. If you are under 16, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required to create an account and for any purchase. Depending on your country, a different minimum age may apply; it is your responsibility to comply with it. Parents are encouraged to supervise their children's play activity and payment methods.
4. Rules of conduct
Respect for other players is mandatory. The following are prohibited, among other things:
- harassment, threats, and hateful, discriminatory or illegal speech;
- spam, unauthorised advertising and impersonation (of a player or a team member);
- phishing and any scheme aimed at obtaining another player's credentials or belongings (social engineering, fake websites, fake "gifts");
- inciting other players to breach these ToS.
5. Cheating & game integrity
To guarantee a fair experience, the following are strictly prohibited:
- cheating in all its forms: bots, macros, scripts, or third-party software or hardware providing an advantage;
- modifying, decompiling or reverse-engineering the game client, as well as intercepting or tampering with the traffic between the client and the servers;
- using or promoting server emulators or unauthorised copies of the game;
- deliberately exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities — any bug you discover must be reported to support;
- RMT: buying or selling items, currency, services or accounts for real money outside the game's official systems.
The publisher may implement technical cheat-detection measures, in compliance with the applicable regulations.
6. Trading between players
The trading systems built into the game are used at your own risk: always check the contents of a trade before confirming it. Loans, gifts and "trust trades" between players are not guaranteed by the publisher: in the event of a scam, an unreturned loan or a regretted trade, no items will be restored, even though sanctions may be imposed on the offender. Any trade carried out outside the game (other platforms, real money) is prohibited and falls under section 5.
7. Nicknames & player content
- Account, character and guild names must not be offensive, misleading (impersonating the team) or unlawful; the publisher may rename any non-compliant name.
- By posting content in the game (messages, names, guild emblems, etc.), you grant the publisher a free, worldwide licence to display and moderate it as part of the service.
- Chat areas may be moderated and messages may be temporarily recorded for moderation and security purposes.
8. Sanctions
In the event of a breach, the publisher may apply, at its discretion and depending on the severity: a warning, a chat mute, the removal of items obtained irregularly, a temporary suspension or a permanent ban, with no refund of any purchases. Creating a new account to bypass a sanction is prohibited and will result in the new account being banned.
9. Virtual items & currency
Virtual items, currencies and characters have no real-world monetary value, cannot be converted into money and are granted to you under a personal licence to use, non-transferable outside the game's systems. They remain the property of the publisher, who may modify, rebalance or remove them for the needs of the game, without compensation.
10. Random-content items
Some items (chests, keys, summons, etc.) may have random contents. Where such items are offered, the drop rates of the rewards can be viewed in-game or on a dedicated page. These mechanics grant no real-money winnings and do not constitute gambling.
11. Purchases & payments
The game is free; optional purchases may be offered. Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes. Payments made through Google Play or the App Store are handled by those platforms and subject to their terms. Purchases made by a minor require the consent of their legal guardian, who supervises the payment method used. Purchases made directly on the website (PayPal, bank transfer) are handled by the publisher; the currency purchased is credited to your game account.
12. Refunds
Virtual items and currencies are digital content supplied immediately. By requesting their instant delivery, you consent to immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal once the content has been supplied: these purchases are therefore non-refundable.
- Purchases made through an app store follow the platform's refund policy (Google/Apple).
- No refund is due in the event of a ban or a loss of items related to the beta phase.
- The mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence remain applicable, regardless of the clauses above.
13. Events, leaderboards & rewards
The publisher may organise events, contests and leaderboards, and may modify, suspend or cancel their terms and rewards, in particular in the event of a technical issue or fraud. Any cheating in an event or leaderboard results in disqualification and the loss of the associated rewards. Beta pre-registration rewards are granted to verified accounts at launch; they are personal, non-tradeable and have no monetary value.
14. Inactive accounts
After a long period of inactivity (at least 12 consecutive months), the publisher may delete an account and the associated data, after notice sent to the account's e-mail address. During the beta phase, accounts and progress may be reset without notice (section 18).
15. Streaming & content creation
You are allowed to share screenshots, videos and live streams of the game (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.), including monetised ones under those platforms' standard programmes, provided you do not imply any official affiliation with the publisher and you comply with these ToS. The publisher may request the removal of content that harms the game or third parties.
16. Support & complaints
For any help (bugs, account issues, questions) or to report a player, contact us:
- via the official Discord (the fastest way);
- by e-mail at [email protected].
Requests are handled where possible and within a reasonable time.
17. Intellectual property
All content specific to the game and the website (texts, created visuals, the MondialMt2 logo) is protected. You are granted a limited, personal and non-transferable licence to play. Trademarks and elements belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners; this project is independent and is not officially affiliated with those third parties.
18. Service availability & beta phase
The game is provided "as is". Maintenance, updates or interruptions may occur. During the beta, bugs are possible and progress (accounts, items, levels) may be reset at any time. The publisher may evolve the service over time, and may permanently discontinue it subject to reasonable notice given in-game or on the website; the end of the service terminates the licences over the virtual content.
MondialMt2 offers two servers: Royal (main server) and Orion (beta test server). Each server has its own accounts, characters, rankings and shop. On Orion, accounts, items and levels may be reset at any time and without notice.
19. Limitation of liability & force majeure
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for service interruptions, data loss or indirect damages, nor for failures caused by a force majeure event (major outage, disaster, large-scale cyberattack, etc.). No clause limits liability in the event of gross negligence or where the law prohibits it.
20. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our Privacy & cookies policy.
If you agreed to receive our promotional e-mails (optional checkbox at sign-up), you can unsubscribe at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason: via the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every promotional e-mail, or by writing to us at [email protected]. Unsubscribing does not affect e-mails that are essential to your account (activation, security).
21. Changes to the ToS
The ToS may be amended at any time. Players are informed of significant changes; the update date appears at the top of the page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
22. Termination & assignment
You may stop using the game and request the deletion of your account at any time; termination entails the loss of the associated virtual content. The publisher may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these ToS. The publisher may assign the service and these ToS to a third party, provided this does not reduce players' rights.
23. Governing law, mediation & disputes
The ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first through support. Where purchases are offered, consumers may turn, free of charge, to a consumer mediation service (its contact details will be added here once the company creation is complete); a consumer in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. If any clause of these ToS is held invalid, the remaining clauses remain in force. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are determined according to the applicable rules, without prejudice to consumers' rights in their own country.
